    128128     - collapse redundant informations ( possible for resequencing and de-novo sequencing ) 
     129     - collapse is often domain specific. for example redundant genome tags can be collapsed, but duplicate RNA tags encodes expression levels and this expression-count should not be thrown away. - jessica
